From Crispy Fried Fish to mouthwatering Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, there’s sure to be something for everyone. Combine our classic Gumbo with a fresh salad for a perfect mid-day or early evening meal or opt for our Fried Fish Fillet & 3 Shrimp or Grilled Salmon Creole featuring grilled Chilean salmon topped with our light Creole lemon butter sauce.
If you prefer a Texas twist why not try our Cajun Boudin Flautas fried to perfection and served with verde cream sauce or Fajita Tacos with pepperjack cheese skirt, pico de Gallo and salsa verde.
