At BB’s Tex-Orleans, supporting our local communities is part of who we are. Across Houston, Kingwood, Katy, Cypress, and surrounding areas, we partner with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to give back whenever possible.

Donation Request FAQs

BB’s Tex-Orleans supports local organizations through a variety of donations. Our most frequently fulfilled donation types, in order, are gift cards, food donations, and monetary sponsorships. Availability depends on timing, volume of requests, and current budgets.

Yes. BB’s often donates food when it aligns with our schedule and capacity. Food donations are most likely to be approved during non-peak times, typically Monday through Thursday, and for items that are easy to execute, such as chips and salsa, queso, or appetizers. Pick-up arrangements are preferred when possible.

Monetary sponsorships are limited due to the high volume of requests we receive. When available, BB’s prioritizes sponsorships that provide visible community engagement, such as youth teams, fun runs, or events where signage or logo placement helps showcase our partnership.

Some requests are more difficult for us to accommodate, including monetary sponsorships over $500, requests without community visibility, or individual sponsorships rather than organization-based requests. Each submission is reviewed carefully based on overall impact and feasibility.

BB’s primarily supports organizations that are registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits. However, we do review non-profit and community-focused requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the organization and the request.

Donation requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the event or fulfillment date. Requests are reviewed within approximately 21 days, and the contact listed on the request will be notified by email of the outcome.

Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to available budgets and resources. While we do our best to help as many organizations as possible, not all requests can be fulfilled.

Yes. In addition to donation requests, BB’s offers Dining for Dollars, a fundraising program that allows organizations to earn back a portion of event-day sales while supporters dine with us.

To be considered for a donation from BB’s Tex-Orleans, organizations must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit
  • Be located within a 15-mile radius of a BB’s Tex-Orleans location

Donation requests must be submitted at least eight (8) weeks prior to the event or fulfillment date.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, not all submissions can be approved. All requests are reviewed, and a response will be sent via email.
