BB’s Tex-Orleans serves the best crawfish in town!
We sell LIVE boiled crawfish throughout the year from Mid-January through early August (subject to change). When our suppliers close their ponds, we change our product to a Fresh-Frozen crawfish. This product is live when flash frozen, much like gulf shrimp, which maintains the integrity of the texture. This is a much better product than the partially boiled and frozen product that most restaurants serve.
Our crawfish are prepared with the same Louisiana and Texas flavors that we have become known for. Our Tex-Orleans style (Cajun with a Texas twist) cooking will keep you wanting more!
