We proudly offer live boiled crawfish from mid-January through early August, depending on seasonal availability. When live crawfish aren’t in season, we switch to fresh-frozen crawfish—flash-frozen alive to lock in their authentic taste and firm texture, far superior to pre-boiled alternatives.
