BB’s Tex-Orleans has come a long way since first opening its doors as a tiny, late night po’boy shop in 2007. Who knew that first location on the corner of Montrose and Westheimer in Houston, Texas would lead to so many years of growth and good memories with our guests and our Krewe? Owner, CEO and University of Houston Alumnus, Brooks Bassler, sure thought it was possible! By turning his dreams into a reality, we are now 14 locations strong and still growing! We are so excited to announce the opening of our newest location, our Second in San Antonio, Texas, at Brooks City Base! Our first location in San Antonio, at Alamo Ranch, had such success, we just HAD to open another! We even revamped the menu for the Brooks City Base location! It still has the classics you’re used to, with some new and improved items thrown in, too! Y’all have been asking for a Seafood Pasta. Well, we heard ya’, and brought on the Morgan City Pasta, which is a YUM Crawfish Fettuccini Alfredo served with your choice of Salad and French Bread.
